ICCAC FALL 2022 PREVIEW | DIVISION I WOMEN'S SOCCER
The 2022 NJCAA Women's Soccer season just began and the four teams in the ICCAC Division I will send their best to the District Championship against Region 24 for a bid to the NJCAA National Tournament.
Iowa Western has won the last six Region XI Championships -- and qualified for nationals eight of the last 10 seasons. The Reivers are the favorite to win the league again this year and have a top 10 ranking heading into the season.
Indian Hills will see if they can upset the Reivers this fall. Along with the other two schools, Iowa Central and Iowa Lakes, they have a new coach heading into the fall season. The Warriors reached the NJCAA Tournament via at-large bid in the spring of 2021 and look to get back for the second time in school history.
Iowa Central hasn't been to the NJCAA Touranment since 2015, when they were crowned NJCAA Champions. The Tritons are the last team not named Iowa Western to win the Region XI Tournament.
Rounding out the four-team league is Iowa Lakes -- Both the Lakers and the Tritons will move to Division II after this season.
