The 2019 ICCAC Cross Country field returns the reigning National Champions on the women's side and the National Runners-up on the men's side. Iowa Central once again dominated the field in Region XI and took their pace to the NJCAA stage. The Triton women eye a repeat with three of their top finishers at the National Championships return for their sophomore season.
The men will return two of their top performers and make another push for an NJCAA Championship.
Hawkeye established themselves as the second-best team last year on the women's side, winning by a sizeable margin over the rest of the pack. On the men's side, Indian Hills and Hawkeye both competitive last season.
DMACC and Southeastern hope to field complete teams while NIACC, Scott, and Southwestern will also compete in this year's 2019 Cross Country season!
