ICCAC to Host 2025 ICCAC Summer Series

JOHNSTON, Iowa - The Iowa Community College Athletic Conference is set again to host an NJCAA June Scholastic Recruiting Event for men's and women's basketball.

The events, scheduled for June 20-22 and 27-29, are purposed to allow two-year student-athletes the opportunity during eligible NCAA recruiting periods to be scouted with hopes to move on to a four-year level. It also provides team's an opportunity to convene during the summer months to build camaraderie and stay connected.

On the court, teams participate in scrimmages and practices. Off the court, different speakers are brought in to discuss the transition of becoming an NCAA student-athlete, mental health, eligibility and other topics. 

Now in its sixth year, the ICCAC will partner with Johnston Community School Districts to put on the event in Johnston, Iowa.

Participation Requirements:
Student-Athlete is eligible to participate if they are:
-       Signed to a Letter Intent
-       Enrolled in summer classes
-       Enrolled full time in previous spring semester
-       Enrolled in the upcoming fall semester
*Must have a physical on file
 
Student-Athlete Coverage:
If registered as a team, an institution can cover:
-       Registration
-       Travel (ground only)
-       Food
-       Lodging
 
If registered as an individual, an institution can cover:
-       Registration fee only

The event will be open to registration for men's basketball teams, women's basketball teams, and individuals.
