The ICCAC Men's Cross Country teams march into 2023 all having the same agenda of winning the Region 11 Title.
At the forefront of Division I, Iowa Central is once again coming off a Region 11 Championship. Coach Dee Brown has been on an extremely successful run while he's been at Iowa Central and shows no evidence of stopping anytime soon. Iowa Western and Indian Hills look to improve from last year with their focus on trying to keep pace with Iowa Central -- all who have high hopes in 2023.
In Division II, it is more than likely going to be one of the best competitive seasons we've seen out of each team. Preseason favorite Southeastern leads the pack with NIACC, Hawkeye, and DMACC all close by. Southwestern looks to make some noise as they enter their first season at the DII level.
