NJCAA Region XI champion Iowa Central is ranked second and Iowa Western is ranked 10^th. The Reivers fell from ninth to 10^th after placing third at the regional meet.

The NIACC women are ranked 14^th in this week's poll after placing third at the regional meet. The Lady Trojans were 18^th in the poll before the regional meet.

Iowa Central is ranked first and Iowa Western is ranked ninth in the women's poll.

The national meet is set for Nov. 8 in Lubbock, Texas.

At last year's national meet in Fort Dodge, the NIACC women placed 13^th and the NIACC men were 15^th.
