NIACC's Fink is medalist at Iowa Central Invite

DMACC won the team title with a 297, 12 strokes better than Iowa Central. Southwestern was fourth with a 380 while Hawkeye was fifth with a 383.

Hunter Miller shot a 79 (42-37), Joe Myers an 80 (40-40), Kevin Trobaugh an 81 (42-39), Logan Jarvis an 81 (44-37) and Derrick Urdahl an 83 (40-43), playing as an individual.

"Hunter Miller had to going (Tuesday) too until he jumped on the bogey-train for a while," Frenz said. "Given the lack of practice time, I guess I can't be too disappointed with how we're playing as a team. All of our teams in our region are so balanced this year, it's really going to be a matter of who peaks at the right time."
