Kirkwood had a very balanced weekend individually. They were led by Mitch Jacobi (So., Belle Plaine, IA) who shot 76-75=151 and a tie for 5th, followed by both Sean Cleary (So., Tipperary, Ireland) 78-75=153 and Jordan Azbell (So., Peosta, IA) 78-75=153 both finishing in a tie for 9th. Rounding out the scoring was Ryan Johnson (So., Elgin, IA) 76-80=156 which was good for a tie for 19th and Marcus Giltner (So., Batavia, IA) 80-77=157 for a tie for 23rd.

The Eagles have now finished 3rd out of 19 teams and 2nd out of 18 teams respectively their first two tournaments this fall and will now travel to Grandview's Invitational held at Jester Park Golf Course on September 30 and October 1.
